Dallas, TX (May 19) - To accommodate its unprecedented growth, CAS Partners, a world-class property and asset management services company, announced today that Barbara A. Erhart and Michael G. Hoffman have joined the company to lead financial and legal activities, respectively. As a result of its strategic expansion of multifamily real estate services, the company added Ms. Erhart to its executive team in the role of chief financial officer and Mr. Hoffman as the company's first chief legal officer.

Both executives possess deep expertise in their respective fields. Ms. Erhart has more than 30 years of executive financial and operational management experience, and has spent more than half her career in the real estate sector. She will oversee all financial operations, accounting and treasury functions. Mr. Hoffman, who has practiced law for more than 19 years, brings more than 14 years of in-house counsel and executive management experience to CAS Partners. He will be responsible for all aspects of the company's legal affairs, including corporate and transactional work, dispute resolution and legal compliance coordination.

The officers will support all CAS Partner business lines and service companies, including Riverstone Residential, the signature brand and property management services platform of CAS Partners.

Ms. Erhart earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from Texas A&M University, graduating magna cum laude, and is also a certified public accountant. She has served on numerous boards, including the Commercial Real Estate Women of Dallas.

Mr. Hoffman holds a bachelor's degree in history and Latin American studies from Dickinson College, graduating magna cum laude, and a juris doctorate from American University's Washington College of Law. He has been admitted to the bar in Texas, Pennsylvania and the District of Columbia, and serves on the board of directors for a number of businesses and charitable organizations.
